Today's my birthday so I'm thinking of taking the afternoon off and spending it shamelessly perusing around the mall. But I won't leave without sharing a gift with you guys - some of the prettiest images I have in my archive right now...

Really love this bedroom but I would add an area rug to soften the look up a bit.

Welcome to the wonderful work of Paul Costello! You've probably seen his work in various issues of Domino magazine. He has a great range and I love the homey, eclectic, well-worn feeling of these homes.

Been itching to travel?

So have I! There are so many places on my list - I was supposed to go to Ireland this summer but with my marathon that's not going to happen. Also top on my list is Rome, Paris again, India, England, and Morocco, and Australia, among others. So, for now, I'll just have to dream via these gorgeous photos from Domino and Traveller photographer Max Kim-Bee. If you could take a trip anywhere this summer, where would you go?

endless secluded beach= Heaven

Okay, so I'm thinking....a gorgeous secluded beach with my man and the house in the first photo just a stone's throw away. And masseuses on call. And some pups to play with. And horses. :)

You?

A sad day - and a loss for the web

This morning I went to check on the Domino website and it was gone!!! This is devastating, as I wasn't finished collecting images! I've been in denial for so long. A moment of silence my friends.
